Classic Meatloaf – Old-fashioned recipe, served with homemade Mashed Potatoes and Country Style Green Beans

Chicken Fried Steak – Traditional favorite, crispy on outside, tender on the inside, served with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy to top it all off. Steamed Veggies as an additional side

Spaghetti/Meatballs – Juicy Meatballs simmered in traditional Tomato Sauce seasoned with Italian herbs and spices, served over cooked spaghetti; Sides of Garlic bread and Salad

Shepard’s Pie – Ground beef cooked with vegetables and mushrooms, seasoned with garlic and parsley, simmering in rich gravy, Mashed Potatoes spread on top and baked in hot oven until top is crispy brown. No sides needed with this hearty dish

Mama’s Pot Roast – Slow cooked chuck roast, in mushrooms and gravy, served with Scalloped Potatoes and Country Style Green Beans

Italian Pot Roast – Pot Roast, Italian style, with Italian herbs and spices and tomatoes, slow cooked; served with either Egg Noodles or Potatoes and Sauteed Vegetables

Bacon-Wrapped Fillets – One-inch thick Beef tenderloin fillets, surrounded with bacon slices and broiled; served with wine/butter sauce; Sides are Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Country Style Green Beans

Mexican Casserole – Ground beef and beans and Rotel tomatoes layered with tortillas and cheese and baked till cheese is all bubbly

Texas BBQ Brisket – Slow cooked brisket in a wonderful sauce; served with Baked Beans and Creamy Coleslaw

Lasagna – Classic layered Italian Lasagna with sauce and cheeses and noodles; served with Hot Garlic Bread and Salad

Hamburger Casserole – Ground beef cooked with onion and soups, topped with a layer of Tater Tots and baked till Tots are golden brown on top


Classic Chili – Classic Spicy Chili, served with Hot Cornbread

Beef Stew – Marinated Beef cooked with onions, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes, slow cooked; served with Hot Bread and Green Salad

Meatball Soup – Meatballs cooked with navy beans, tomatoes, zucchini, and carrots and herbs; served with Hot Bread and Green Salad
